Ingredients:
1 Carton
Drake's® Cakes Devils Food Mini Cake Bites
1/2 Cup Salted Sweet Cream Butter, room temperature
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
1/2 Tablespoon Milk or Heavy Cream
1 Drop Leaf Green Gel Food Coloring
1 Bar Dark Chocolate
Fresh Mint Leaves, garnish
Directions:
- With a hand mixer, whip the butter and peppermint extract for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Slowly add in the powdered sugar while mixing. Mix for about 1 minute while adding in the milk.
- Fold in the green food coloring
- Using a small grater, grate 1-2 TB dark chocolate
- Fold the dark chocolate into the buttercream until thoroughly combined.
- Pipe the frosting on top of the mini cakes.
- Top with fresh mint leaves
