EASTER BUNNY CAKES

These Easter Bunny Cakes, from our friends at Party Pinching, are almost too cute to eat—almost! Made with Ring Dings®, fluffy frosting, and sweet coconut, these delicious treats come to life with little candy details. Ingredients:

1 Carton Drake's® Cakes Ring Dings®
1 Container Chocolate Frosting

6 Large Graham Crackers, finely crushed

8 Mini Chocolate Bunnies

Green Food Coloring

Sugar Icing Flowers

Spring Sprinkles


Supplies:

Piping Bag
Piping Tip
Zipper Bag or Food Processor

Directions:

  1. Finely crush the graham crackers using a zipper bag and rolling pin or food processor
  2. Next, in the zipper bag, add about 15 drops of food coloring and incorporate the coloring into the graham crackers.
  3. Frost the top of the Ring Dings with chocolate frosting.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top of the frosting until fully coated.
  5. Use a little frosting to attach the sugar flower to the chocolate bunny.
  6. Then attach the bunny to the top of the Ring Ding with frosting.
  7. Add spring sprinkles on the top of the moss if desired and enjoy!
