

EASTER BUNNY CAKES

Ingredients:
1 Carton
Drake's® Cakes Ring Dings®
1 Container Chocolate Frosting
6 Large Graham Crackers, finely crushed
8 Mini Chocolate Bunnies
Green Food Coloring
Sugar Icing Flowers
Spring Sprinkles
Supplies:
Piping Bag
Piping Tip
Zipper Bag or Food Processor
Directions:
- Finely crush the graham crackers using a zipper bag and rolling pin or food processor
- Next, in the zipper bag, add about 15 drops of food coloring and incorporate the coloring into the graham crackers.
- Frost the top of the Ring Dings with chocolate frosting.
- Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top of the frosting until fully coated.
- Use a little frosting to attach the sugar flower to the chocolate bunny.
- Then attach the bunny to the top of the Ring Ding with frosting.
- Add spring sprinkles on the top of the moss if desired and enjoy!
