Ingredients:
1 Carton
Drake's® Cakes Devils Food Mini Cake Bites
1 Container Chocolate Hard Shell Sauce
1 Container Strawberry Jam
Festive Holiday Sprinkles
Supplies:
Parchment-Lined Baking Sheet
Small Biscuit Cutter
Pairing Knife
Toothpicks
Directions:
- Unwrap each Mini Cake Bite and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Using the small biscuit cutter or knife, trim the edges of each cake bite to create a rounder piece.
- Then begin to assemble: taking two cake bites trim the top of one cake bite for a flat top and add a thin layer of strawberry jam.
- Place the top of the petit four using the other cake bite. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until finished. To make sure the cake bites stay stacked, you can use a trimmed toothpick.
- Finally, add a layer of the chocolate hard shell sauce on top of each layered petit four.
- Add your preferred holiday sprinkles and place immediately in the freezer for up to 20 minutes.
- Once ready to serve, remove from the freezer.
