Ingredients:
1 Carton
Drake's® Cakes Devils Food Mini Cake Bites

1 Container Chocolate Hard Shell Sauce

1 Container Strawberry Jam

Festive Holiday Sprinkles


Supplies:

Parchment-Lined Baking Sheet

Small Biscuit Cutter

Pairing Knife

Toothpicks

Directions:

  1. Unwrap each Mini Cake Bite and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Using the small biscuit cutter or knife, trim the edges of each cake bite to create a rounder piece.
  3. Then begin to assemble: taking two cake bites trim the top of one cake bite for a flat top and add a thin layer of strawberry jam.
  4. Place the top of the petit four using the other cake bite. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until finished. To make sure the cake bites stay stacked, you can use a trimmed toothpick.
  5. Finally, add a layer of the chocolate hard shell sauce on top of each layered petit four.
  6. Add your preferred holiday sprinkles and place immediately in the freezer for up to 20 minutes.
  7. Once ready to serve, remove from the freezer.
